Steakhouse Burger Recipe

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2-½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 pounds 85% lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ cup low-fat milk
- crusts removed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces, 2 pieces white sandwich bread
- 3 scallions, finely sliced (optional)
- I always add to my meat Recaito from Goya this is optional
- I also season my meat with Adobo from Goya

1.Preheat the Pan or grill to high heat. It is crucial for you to Pre-heated the Pan. Also, helps too when you place the steak, burger, or any meat into a hot pan. It will sear or seals the moisture inside the meat!!! By reducing the heat you allow the meat to cook longer and do not burn.
Directions
- Get a big or large bowl
- Mix the bread & milk until you get a chunky paste. You can use a fork or a mixer.
- Mix the pepper, salt, ketchup, garlic, and the Worcestershire sauce. Make sure it is mixed evenly!!
- Chop the scallions in a medium chop.
- Add the Finely chopped scallions to the ground beef. Do it evenly with your hands. Do not over mix

Next, After you mix the ingredients. Now the Fun Begin!!
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
- Make looses balls and then flatten into 3/4 inches patties, 4-1/2 inches around. If you slightly and soft push it into the middle of the meatball it will make it look a burger. Also to prevent the burgers from puffing up on the grill make a slight depression in the middle of the burger.
